Many active subwoofers perform better if they are fed a signal on both the left and right inputs (L/R), even if the signal from the amplifier is mono (LFE). By using the Supra Y-link, you often increase the signal level into the subwoofer by 3dB, which can provide a perceived improvement in dynamics and "punch." Additionally, it ensures that the subwoofer's auto-on mode activates faster at low volumes.
This adapter is 25 cm long and features one RCA male on one end and two RCA females on the other. This means you can connect it directly to your subwoofer's inputs and then connect your existing (long) subwoofer cable to the adapter's female ports.
